Question:
Has anyone tried Winsor Pilates work out video
I just saw a informercial on tv about the Winsor Pilates work out video was wondering if anyone has heard of it or tried it. It is for tighting and toning muscles. Just wondering if it really works as well as they say. I have been walking the treadmill 5 days a week for 45 minutes at 3.5 miles per hour and can't seem to break this plateau. I love it! It really helps with muscle tone. My husband also does it with
me and I am pleasantly surprised that I can do the whole tape with no
breaks and he needs to rest once and a while. I'm not sure that it really
burns to many calories, but it does work with toning. I also go to Curves
3-5 times a week so I just use the Pilates as feel good about myself
excercise.

I recommend the Stott Pilates with Flexband (a rubbery abnd) workout. It
isgood for beginners and you can change the flexband (by getting a tighter
one with more resistence) for a harder workout. Goto www.collagevideo.com
