Does anyone have recipe for shrimp or chicken eggroll?

hiya! i posted 3 recipe files on the wls support group i belong to website
and one recipe file for the upcoming holidays. i know on one of the pages i
have a recipe for chicken pot stickers (i think recipes #3) and then here
is a recipe i made up that is really good:
Chicken Won Ton
12 won ton wrappers
1 can chicken breast
1 shredded carrot
1 shredded zucchini
1/2 handful fresh bean sprouts
1/2 handful shredded green cabbage
2 tbls Jarrows Iso Rich Soy Protein Powder
Soy sauce to taste
ground ginger to taste
chinese five-spice to taste
spray won ton wrappers with canola spray oil. put inside tin muffin holders
(leaving open). mix together all other ingredients. spoon into open
wrappers. spray lightly with oil. bake at 350 until edges are brown and
crispy. dip into spicy thai peanut sauce or chinese sweet and sour sauce.
i served this with:
1 box rice a roni stir fry rice mixed with 1 scrambled egg, handful of bite
size pieces of chinese pea pods, 1 can chopped water chestnuts, handul of
almond slices and 2 tbls Jarrows Iso Rich Soy Protein powder.
very yummy.
I use the Jarrow's in almost all of my cooking since it's the only protein
powder you can cook with. i get it online.
you can also search on: www.allrecipes.com or www.recipezaar.com for other
recipes. you can lower fat/carbs/sugars by substituting ingredients. if
you'd like more tips let me know.
the website for our files is:

good luck!
