Question:
Has anyone found a way for BCBS HMO to cover the panni?

I am not sure if this is the same insurance, but I have Keystone Health Plan East which is BCBS HMO (I live in Philadelphia,Pa) and they approved within a week. I also had an incisional hernia, if that helps. Good luck. Ask your plastic surgeon to request a Panniculectomy and write them a letter of medical necessity, and send photos.
