Question:
lap rny on 4/15/2002

hey guys whats up? I had my surgery on aprill 15 and so far lost 86lbs. i really dont check the scale as musch, but i just wanted to know is this. losing 86 lbs within 4 1/2 months. i dont hae my next check up untill the end of septmber....thanks    — stacey T. (posted on September 2, 2002)

Hi! I had my surgery on April 18 and I am also down 86 pounds. I think we are both doing really well. Good luck to you.

Hi. I had lap rny on April 1, 2002 and I am down 93 lbs. I would say you are right on track. I weighed in at 314 pre op. Alot of it depends on your pre op weight also. Good luck.

Stacey.....Your doing ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!! I was beating myself up at a 47lb. loss in 6 weeks until my Dr. put it into perspective today...he said, "When was the last time you lost 47lbs. this quickly??" followed by, "Give yourself some credit and enjoy it!"...upon which I got really happy! You are almost at 100lbs!!!!!!!! You should be dancing in the streets with the rest of us!!!!!! Keep it going, don't stop whatever you do! Smiles,

I had my surgery 4/26/02 and have lost 80 lbs. So we're losing at the same rate and I think we're doing great!
