sometimes when you have the same insurance it depends what medical group
you have do the teo of you use the same pcp? primary care phycian? if not
see if you can switch to the same doctor even if it's only long enough to
get insurance approval.

Before you seek legal help, contact your state's Insurance Commissioner.
Sometimes just copying them at the bottom of your appeal to the insurance
company can work WONDERS. God bless you with success! CJ

Are you close enough to ask your co-worker what she did to get approval? If
she had to do something special, try and find out. Also, maybe she did
appeal?? I would start with her if at all possible. Good luck to you.

APPEAL IT!!! I HAVE FOUND THROUGH MY RESEARCH THAT A LOT OF INSURANCE
COMPANIES DON'T APPROVE THE FIRST LETTER BECAUSE ONLY 25% OF THE PEOPLE
THAT ARE DENIED ACTUALLY FIGHT THE INSURANCE COMPANIES DECISION. THINK OF
ALL THE MONEY INSURANCE COMPANIES SAVE ON PEOPLE WHO TAKE THE FIRST ANSWER
GIVEN. FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS!! GOOD LUCK, SHERRY
