Sure you can! Personally I like Splenda but the others are fine. However if
you are using these sweeteners because you are trying to eat low
carbohydrates (don't know if you are) then you may be surprised about
something. It seems that artifial sweeteners make the body release insulin
just as if it was real sugar. See:

But if you are not eating low carb then don't worry about it. Whatever
sweetener you can tolerate is fine for you.

Hi Dana, I use Sweet and low everyday in my coffee. My weight loss has been
what my surgeon expected.

i understand we are all different, i understand we all have opinion's and
we all think "our way" has to be the best..you'll read and hear
all of that,, but when i had my open r.n.y. 8 months ago, my surgeon told
me i could eat what ever i wanted, (until i was full,) then quit. i dieted
and yo yo'd for 30 years,, ate and drank chemicals, trying to avoid regular
sweetners, sugar, honey, that surgery was to "free" me from
nutri-sweet, sweet and low,, my surgeon told me i can't take in enough of
anything to do damage,so why still eat and drink chemicals?? i've read on
this web site where many will search high and low for sugar free popsicles,
they have 20 calories, regular ones have 50!! after this surgery i'm still
suppose to sweat 30 calories?? no way, i had the w.l.s. to free me from
dieting, and in 8 months i've dropped from 425#'s to 210#'s, i feel great
and i never counted one calorie or fat gram,,or ever will..but you'll hear
anything here, just sort it out for your self and good luck,,

My doctor, Scott Stevens in Junction City, Kansas, has told me that any
sweetner is fine. I personally prefer NutraSweet, but we all are
individuals with different tastes. I don't particularly like plain water,
so I frequently drink water with fresh cut lemons and NutraSweet. My
family has even become additicted to this drink. As long as you are
staying away from refined sugar (table sugar and its "other"
forms - glucose, dextrose, etc.) you will be fine! Good luck to you!
