Question:
Can anyone tell me how do we tell if a protein powder has predigested protein?

I am still pre-op and wanted to buy a few different kinds of protein powder, but how do we know if it has predigested protein in it? I bought to cans of Soy 25, it has 25g protein, 0sugar and 2g carbs, does anyone know about this product? Thanks, Amy    — Amy S. (posted on July 11, 2002)

Make sure you check with your doctor, I was advised NOT to use soy only to us WHEY based protein powder. Most of the ones I have looked at say on the lable "Predigested".
