Brenda, Voc Rehab is not insurance. The Department of Vocational
Rehabilitation exists to help people who have had a physical or mental
problem which prevents them from working get back into the work force.
For example, I know of someone who was in a construction accident and was
no longer able to work in construction, who got re-trained for a new kind
of job. So, in SOME states, not all, they will pay for someone to have
surgery so they can become physically able to get and keep a job.
