There is BMI and there is body fat analysis. To figure your BMI go to the
home page of the website and stick in your numbers. To get an accurate body
fat you probably have to have it done at a YMCA or a trainer I guess as
they take lots of measurements with a caliper (a kind of fat pinching

I bought a scale from Sharper Image that tells me what percent of fat I am.
It costs about $100. I saw one at Bed Bath and Beyond that looked exactly
the same for $70 - of coarse that was 2 months after I bought mine!! But
to help me when I hit plateaus, I watch the Percent of Fat. I might not be
loosing pounds but I am loosing fat. Before my surgery I was 42% fat,
right now I am at 36%.
