Question:
Does anyone know if dr. Bolar of Kentucky accept Medicare through Vocational Rehab?

i dont no about medicare but i called his office and they dont take medicaid/passport but theres a great dr in louisville that does dr allen dont know where ur at in ky but might be worth the drive i drive 90 miles one way to see him but i would drive farthr if i had to good luck
