Question:
Hi...I live in Rockland County, NY and am looking to change my PCP.

The doctor I currently go to does not return my phone calls. I went to have a physical done about a month ago, and she never even called me to give me the results. I called and was told she'd call me the next day...she never did. Then I had to go get my blood work to bring with me to one of the specialists appts and another doctor in the office briefly went over the results with me and told me my doctor would call me (that was over 2 weeks ago). I just called first thing this morning (8:30 am) to speak to her to find out if I could get a letter of medical necessity...it is now 4pm and still no call. She is aware that I am planning on having the surgery, but is not being very helpful. Any suggestions?? You can email me at [email protected] if you'd like. Thanks!!    — Giovanna G.
