Question:
How long after Open RNY can I go to Yoga classes?

I am having Open RNY on February 28,2002. I belong to a gym now and they offer M-W-F yoga classes that I was looking into. I am taking 8 weeks off from work and would love to participate -- but how long after the surgery might I have to wait before going to the classes?? Each surgeon is different, but mine wouldn't let me do anything but walk until 6 weeks was up. I've since started yoga and love it! I har it also helps with the flab!!! And that's always good! Good luck with your surgery!
