Looking for a former doctor in Houston, Texas

I was under a doctors care several years back in Houston, Texas. I believe, though I cant remember for sure, her name was Glynnis Connor - I cant find a listing for her. My pharmacy is researching it for me also, but I need to get my medical records (2 years of documented weight loss efforts). She was a Bariatric specialist. Does this name sound familar to anyone?
