Can anyone help me learn how to talk in the chat room?

I can see all the comments buy I cant get my comment in. Is there an icon I am missing to enter. I see all the conversations taking place but i cant get in. I have use dNetscape, Explorer of course I am a AOL user is that the downfall?    — Debbie R. (posted on December 15, 2001)
