Question:
What is RNY-distal and proximal

This refers to the amount of intestines bypassed during the RNY surgery.
Distal means bypassing the most. I am having the Open RNY Distal. I am not
sure about the amount bypassed but I know proximal means bypassing less
than Distal.

Check out the library using the keywords distal, proximal, or even RNY.
There are many good answers to this question there. Good luck.
