I am so upset . I was scheduled for surgery on Oct 30

i'm so sorry to hear about your dilemma. i wouldn't worry just yet. you should ask your dr's office if there's still time before they cancel you out. i don't have any advice on a letter other than if it was me i would pour out all of the emotions you've been holding in and how terrible you're feeling and get advice from others who have been there. good luck
