Question:
Weight requirement is Twice Avg./Height instead of 100lbs. over?

Anyone know if ECOH PPO is very strict in it's policy to be 2x you desired weight/height? Do they use the highest # in the range? If you are within 20 lbs. of 2X and have a 40 BMI and a few other comorbidites will there be a good chance of approval?    — [Anonymous] (posted on September 14, 2001)
