Here is a term for the Insurance experts--

Has anyone ever heard of "Milleman-Robertson"? It is supposedly a nationally accepted standard by which surgical necessity is decided. Can anybody tell me what they consider acceptable reasons for WLS? Thanks for any input.    — Diane D. (posted on September 7, 2001)
