Question:
I have a 6 lb tub of 100% Ultra Whey Pro and can't seem to stomach it.
Any suggestions on how to mix it so that I can get it down? I am specifically asking for recipe's on this particular protein drink, but other ideas are appreciated as well. It is the chocolate flavor. I am 10 months post op and have lost 121 pounds. I have been stuck at this weight for about 2 months now. I have never taken protein drinks before, and I know that this might help to jump start my weight loss again. I would still like to lose 20 more pounds and feel as if my time is running out. Any help would be appreciated. Also, I do not have a blender, only a stick one, and can't afford a regular one right now (currently unemployed). Recipe's using this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you — enjo4 (posted on August 21, 2001)

I put No Sugar Added Ice Cream in mine and it tastes great. You could also
try putting fruit - fresh or out of the can, just make sure it is low
sugar. Good Luck!

Try adding your protein mix to some SF pudding and then add some Lite Cool
Whip to it for a Chocolate Mousse desert. It is delicious. You can also
add it to yogurt and then whip some Lite Cool Whip into it. These are
great tasting snacks that we enjoy often.

You can shake up 1.5 scoops with 4 oz of water & some ice. OR hit it
with your stick blender. Add a tsp of peanut butter if you want, or a few
berries, or maybe s5-6 banana slices. Naked is fine, but I've done all
that with just my hand blender.
