Question:
what is the process of switching insurance companies before surgery?

I am currently insured by a less than desirable company and am thinking of switching to Aetna for small groups. What is the process and what is the wait time from the day you pay for the new policy. If anyone has any feedback I would appreciate it.    — Michelle F. (posted on August 16, 2001)
