Anyone ever go to this Doctor? Abella, Ben Z, MD

Abella, Ben Z, MD Is the Doctor that my PPO has in my Network, and is Located in Belton, Mo. according to my Insurance he does Abdominal Surgery, but I need to know if it is Bariatric surgery, and if he is any good. Also is his staff any good, because the other Doctor that is supposed to be in my Network looks like he is no longer in Network.
