What are some good vitamins?

I am due for surgery next Thursday and I was going to go shopping and stock up on things Ineed. I heard that doctors recommend Flinstone Vitamins are there others that i should get and what works best? Types and Brands?    — [Anonymous] (posted on July 4, 2001)

Yes, the Flintstones Complete are the best!!! Read labels on everything and get things that have the most protein and no sugar or less than 10 g. and no fat or very little fat: Chicken Broth, Carb Solutions is good (the Capucinno sp? is the only one I like). Good luck!
