Dr. Martin in New Orleans used to arrange a payment plan. That was over a year ago. I was going to ask him at my last appointment last week, but it got cancelled. I won't see him again until the middle of July. And I will ask him then. I don't know if him office personel will give out that info over the phone, or even know exactly what he charges each pateint until after he sees the patient. He also did the surgery at a state hospital that charged according to your income. But, like I said that was over a year ago, and things might have changed.
