Dr. Elariny is in Northern VA and does all his WLS Lap, GREAT surgeon!!!!

Hi :) I had Open RNY on 15 January 2001 with Dr. Osvaldo Anez in Fairfax, VA (703.860.8101). Its now been about 4.5 months since surgery, and I've lost nearly 60 lbs!

Dr Michael Schweitzer does lap rny (Dr. Marcus does not.) He did my surgery on April 16th. He is currently at Georgetown, but is moving to a hospital in Baltimore next month. I highly recommend him. He is on this web site but under the State of Virginia since he used to be in Richmond.He also has a website...www.smallscar.com. Good Luck.

I just had my Lap RNY with Dr. Elariny in NOVA May 22. I got out of the hospital this Saturday. Although he does quite a lot of DS's, he insists on the patient choosing their procedure based on their history and lifestyle. I highly recommend him. He spent alot of time w/me in the hospital. A skilled surgeon w/great bedside manner.
