Question:
CAN I GO TO ANOTHER STATE NH MEDICAID?

THERE IS ONLY 1 SURGEON IN NH THAT DOES WLS AND HE IS EXTREMELY BUSY. I AM HOPING I CAN GO TO MAINE OR MASS WITH MY NH MEDICAID CARD?    — Debbie C. (posted on April 6, 2001)

Debbie, I would check with Medicaid about this specifically. I know my doctor in MA, Lahey Clinic, has alot of NH patients. I know Newton-Wellesley does also. I would think that they probably do accept Medicaid no matter what state it is but call them and check it out. Good luck,
