Question:
What follow up procedures are included for self-pay?

I'm Self Pay, so will my follow-up appointments, and blood Tests be paid for as well? Will I have to pay more for these after surgery? Or it included in the surgery.    — Kathy S. (posted on January 23, 2001)

I'm sure this depends on your dr and the hospital. Check with them to find out what is included, and what you should expect to have to pay for later.

Hi....I am self-pay & my followup visits are included for the first year.....then have had two blood group tests and used my company health plan for that. Ask your surgeon's office manager. Good Luck!!
