Question:
State empolyees in Washington, any interest in a class action suit?

Hi, I do not work for the state of Washington, but i do work for the state of ohio, and I have Aetna insurance,, no exclusion there, are you guys union, maybe this could be some help knowing other state's pay for wls! although my state contracts with united health care and they would not pay for this surgery, i am afraid if alot of people start trying to get this surgery that someday they may write an exclusion,,,,, and that will suck.. this surgery is not cheap! kimmyg if you need anything like a copy of our medical i will send it to you!

I also work for the State of Washington. I am just now looking into WLS, but if they turn me down, I'd be interested in discussing this further with you!
