I couldn't find you a chart quickly, but I know of another way to find this out. Go to the "Gallery" on this website and click on "Calculate your BMI". You can work backwards until you find a weight for your height which falls into the normal range. (I know this isn't the answer you were seeking, but your surgeon should have a chart for you)
