I have unified group services(sagamore plus)here in indiana I am waiting approval.

I was approved by sagamore in less than 3 weeks. We had changes insurance companies in August of 99 and I was so afraid that they would consider this a pre-existing condition. I was so thrilled that it went so quickly. I am scheduled for surgery in St. Louis on April 28, 2000 with Dr. J. Stephen Scott
