I've seen so much on the wls can you gain your weight back in any of the surgerys?

Yes. Especially with the VBG, which has a high failure rate. However, if
the proper diet is not followed once your weight loss goal is met, weight
gain can occur. Stats anyone?

Patient compliance is of utmost importance. You can eat your way back
after any of these operations. They are a tool, a help not a solution. In
reseaching these surgeries I have met people who have done exactly this.
The result is that the now have some major health problems. Be very clear
about this point before you have this surgery. Think of it like heart
surgery. If they have given you a quadruple bypass as a result of heart
disease they put you on a food plan that helps prevent the build up in the
future. WLS do the same thing. They are away to clear away the build up by
a solid healthful food plan and exercise prevents future build up.
