Question:
B-12 injections

Could someone who uses injectible b-12 and does their own injections, please tell me what the dosage is and how often you have to give yourself the injections. Is the most common place to make the injection into the outer thigh muscle? Please note: I am not interested in any co0mments about spray b-12 or sublinqual b-12. Thanks.... Hi--I take B12 injections monthly (in the upper arm), but I'm feeling really tired (7 months postop) and wonder if I need weekly injections. Would you please share any information you receive with me? Thanks so much---Charlene May at [email protected]

I use the injectable B-12 and do my own injections..I use 1000 mcg 1X weekly
