Question:
Why cant I update or fix my member file?

Every time I try and go into my file to make adjustments or correct a previous mistake I get a message that says "Error, data not " and the message is never complete. Any suggestions? I do not have Email or a web site so I can't Email anyone, sorry!    — anne H. (posted on June 16, 1999)

Thanks for your feedback! Any time you have any problem with the system, simply email me at [email protected], telling me your first name, last name, and password. Regarding updating your files, it is possible that you might be getting an error message in error. Check your profile to see if it might actually have been updated. I'm glad to work through my box of help requests. I generally get to all inquiries in the same day, but sometimes I run way behind when I'm busy at work.

How are you getting on here without and internet provider? If you have an internet provider you have email. If you don't for some reason, there are LOT'S of free sites to get an email address from. Yahoo.com is one, Juno.com is another real good one. Then write Eric and tell him what your trouble is ...
