Hey, don't be so hard on yourself....lots of factors could be going on
here. Everybody is different. I started with a BMI of 39 or so, and at 4
weeks I was about where you are. I did have a plateau at 2 post op weeks
that almost killed me. I do not look forward to the next one, but I know it
is lurking out there! Talk to your Dr.....he will let you know what (if
anything )to change. Don't beat yourself up. Good Luck!

stay off the scale, it will drive you crazy. Relax, follow the program, go
walking everyday, drink some water. The wieght will come off, but your body
has to heal and adapt to the changes. good luck, Hang in there.

You don't need help. You need patience. You will be fine. Sometimes when
the scale doesn't move for a few weeks, you will wake up some morning and
six or ten pounds be gone overnight. The scales will drive you nuts. Just
follow your program and you will be fine.

I did not lose any weight between 2 and 4 weeks out and know of many who
were the same way. We all lost inches though. Chances are it is the same
way with you. Do not worry, a true plataue lasts at least 4 weeks before it
can be considered one. Good luck!

Since everyone already told you not to panic, I'll skip that step and cut
to the details. What are you eating/drinking and how? What is your
supplement regimen? I sabotaged my early wt loss by not drinking enough
water, as in water. BUT I still made it all the way down to my goal. A
start that seems slow to you may have solid reasons for being so, such as
meds you take or took, and your after care program. Really try not to be
discouraged, because it is rather like tasting pe dough in the raw. It's
just too soon to tell how it will turn out in the end, so for now, just one
step at a time, OK?

11 pounds is great! Remember that you probobly left the hospital with water
retention. I flipped out because when I left the hospital I weighed 16
pounds more than I did when I went in! But remember that your body is going
through an adjustment and might be fighting the weight loss, at first.
But the fact is, you have lost, and that means things are going the way
they should. Remember to drink your liquids, stay away from carbs as best
as you can, and exercise.
