Question:
Cannot get enough water, not taste but quantity. Any suggestions?

Belinda, the trick that worked for me is to keep a bottle of water in every
room in the house. And yes, I do mean every room including the bathroom.
Every time I saw a bottle, I drank. I did that religiously every day and
night for three months solid. It got me in the habit of drinking. I now
do 100-120 oz of water every day without much effort. I require more water
than you probably do because I a super obese. Good luck to you.

I fill 4- 20 oz. bottles first thing in the morning. I have to drink one
before I can have breakfast. Then I drink one before I can have lunch. I
drink one more before I can have dinner. Last I drink one before I can go
to bed at night. It works for me!

I keep a bottle of Propel with me at all times! I keep drinking it all day.
I have been doing this since my surgery. Most days I can get all my liquids
in using this method.

Like the two Judy/Judi's :~), I keep water with me at all times... I am 2.5
years post op, too. Propel is awesome... and it comes in 1 liter bottles at
Wal-Mart!! I MAKE myself drink at least (AT LEAST) half to a whole liter
before I eat a meal, especially if I know I haven't drank enough yet that
day. I don't eat until after I drink, and that's the RULE. Make it the rule
for you, and you will get your water in. It becomes habit after a while,
and now I can't hardly wait to be able to drink! LOL! Good Luck!
