Question:
Anybody out there from Central IL that has BCBS (PPO) had trouble with being denied

Is it written in your policy that they don't cover it? Or did they give you a reason. If it is written in the policy that it is not a covered surgery, then even an appeal won't do any good. But if they denied for any other reason, you can probably appeal.
