I have State Farm group insurance and was wondering if anyone

I just left SF and wrote their life/health and I'm surprised you even got health insurance with them. The policies typically decline anyone who has had WLS. Did they pay for the surgery as well? What state are you in? Here in Iowa, plastic surgery is excluded for cosmetic purposes, but I don't believe there was anything specific about it for medical reasons.

Original poster here - yes I work for State Farm and have First Health insurance. Do you know if they cover plastic surgery?
