Question:
A reminder
Everyone please take time to update your profile. Be sure to include your age and height, as well as your beginning and current weight. It helps others and it also lets other people help you. Make this one of your New Years resolutions. — Tawnda C. (posted on December 29, 2003)

Great suggestion and I will add making a hard copy of your profile just in
case a glitch wipes it out someday.

Tawanda, I second your suggestion. Too many post-ops place questions on
this site without enough background info for us to use to help. The first
thing I do when a question is asked is check the profile for background
info and when there is none there, it makes it more difficult to help. So,
please everyone, update every week as a new post-op, less often the further
out you get.

Like your suggestion, but my weight/health is holding steady, so my profile
has become more of a journal for me to mainly whine about my love life, and
sometimes I feel egocentric just posting all that. Though I realize I
enjoy reading about other posties' non-WLS-related trials and tribulations,
so, moral of the story, I will post something new right now! Happy new
year to all!

I've always had a question about how I can change my email address? I
can't remember my password to get into the one I have ... and so if there
are emails there, I can't get them and DO need to change!
