Question:
Does anyone know what diet requirements are for Cigna?

At this writing I believe it is 2 - 26 week medically supervised diets. The time frames are a grey area. With cigna it all depends on what day it is. And who you speak with. They change the rules to fit each one. So if you have everything then they have to come up with something else..

For me it was 2 - 26 week supervised weight loss plans and one of them had to be with in the last year. They were pretty strict on that too.

Just heard today that after the first of the year they are not covering the surgery anymore.
