I have read on here to up your exercise, up your protein, maybe add a shake
a day or an extra one if you are already drinking them and increase your
water. Hope this helps!!!

I've been able to avoid plateaus by minimizing carbs for a few days when
weight loss slows while also increasing protein. In short, try cutting
your carbs to no more than 15-20 grams per day for a few days while
boosting your protein intake to at least 80 grams a day.

An exercise physiologist spoke at my support group meeting last night. His
advice to break a plateau is to shake up your body. He said plateaus
happen because our bodies get used to the routines we've established. He
suggested changing your exercise routine. Do a different type of exercise
than you usually do, don't do your workout in the same order, or even the
same things on the same days, change the time of day that you
exercise--stuff like that. It won't hurt to try it.
