I bought mine online at www.unjury.com. They will send 2 free samples if
asked. I use the chocolate, tastes just like chocolate milk, but they do
offer vanilla and unflavored also.

Canadian here.... go to GNC and get unflavoured whey protein powder then go
Wall-mart or your neighbourhood grocery store and get Carnation Hot
Chocolate Lite and a 2L of skim milk. Use 250 ml of skim milk, 4 ice
cubes, 1 scoop unflavoured whey, 1 heaping tablespoon chocolate powder. Use
a blender or a shaker.
Ths combo makes a great chocolate shake and tastes like the cocolate milk
that you can buy already made in cartons. It has 40 g of protein.
Another flavour I like is peach, I use NSA canned or baby food in the jar.
I use a blender and 4 ice cubed for my shakes but a shaker with a good
seal will work too. If you don't like the GNC stuff they will take it back
and refund your money if you have your receipt.

Oh yea, a reminder for our American friends who order online ... Canadians
don't generally order from American sites because of the exchange, duty and
taxes that we have to pay to get the items released from customs. It's not
worth the hassle. I live in a border city, near Detroit, and I sometimes
shop in Michigan in person. That works well for me because the customs will
usually allow about $50 in goods through with me since I "look like a
normal Canadian shopper who is already taxed to death so we'll give her a
break", which I am LOL.
