Question:
Does anyone else Dump alot while on your Monthly?

I have been on my mensus for 2days and EVERY time I eat, I dump and im so sick! I do dump, but not like this, so I can only relate it to my mensus. Is this common? Thanks!    — Sandy M. (posted on October 28, 2003)

Not for me, but we're all so different I suppose it's as likely as not. Do you find you eat different foods during your menses?

I find that I do tend to get diarrhea more during my period then at other times.

I've had a mild case of dumping but can only attribute it to the fact that when I'm PMSed, I find that I spend the week absolutely STARVING and don't always watch my diet as close as I should.
