Question:
Has anyone had problems with their gall bladder?

My Dr has me on Actagal for these last 6 months. I have till the end of this month. I was just wondering, if anyone after this time has had any problems with gall bladder/gall stones. I figure that 6 months gives our system time to heal and this medicine helps the gall bladder, but what after your finished with medication? Thanks for all replys! I had my LAP RNY done 8/15/02 and at that time my surgeon said he found no problems with my gall bladder. About 2 months ago, I began having gall bladder attacks. I had it removed last THursday.

I had my RNY surgery in 11/01. This June they found I had gallstones. The massive weight loss is what causes it. I will need to have my gallbladder removed but for right now, as long as it's not bothering me, I won't bother it.
