Approved by Amerihealth for pani, arms, or TT?

My sister lost about 125lbs. and shes having the skin problem. She has Amerihealth Personal Choice and wondered has anyone ever been approved for any type of reconstructive surgery by them. Such as pani, TT, bat wings, or breast lift?    — aleeish J. (posted on July 25, 2003)
