Question:
IS there any true exercise or pills you can take to get rid of flabby skin?
I am 1 year post op and pretty sure I am done losing weight. I am down 71 pounds. I was a light weight and this is not where I want to be, but I am ok with losing at least that much.I have been at the same weight since Feb. When I did Atkins a few weeks back I did lose weight but I did not have surgery to be on a diet. I like to eat like a normal person just smaller amounts. I do have flabby skin and I can not afford surgery. So i was wondering does anyone out there know of an exercise that tightens skin up. My thighs and arms are pretty bad. My boobs are really saggy. MY stomach could use it also.I guess I could live with everything except I really hate my thighs. I wear a size 12 now and my thighs are terrible. I do more things now but really do not have an exercise established. I am an exercise scaredy cat. I think I just may be to lazy but would hate to admit that.LOL thanks for the help. — Lynne K. No, there is no exercise or pill to tighten loose skin. Exercising will
help firm your muscle, which will make you look better and take up a tiny
bit of slack in the skin. Once your weight has stabilized for awhile, your
skin may tighten up to a certain degree depending on your age, genetics,
and how stretched your skin was.
