*How many of these procedures have you performed?
*Can I see Before and After pictures of this procedure?
*Are there people I can speak with who have had this procedure?
*Do you work with insurance for reconstructive surgery? (If yes): What is
your track record for getting approval for this procedure?
*Are you a Board-certified plastic surgeon?
*What is your policy regarding "touch-ups" if I need them
following my recovery?
*What kind of results can I expect?
*What do I need to do to get ready and what will my recovery be like?
*Will I need help at home the first day or so?
*Does this procedure require a hospital stay or is it done outpatient?
*What kind of pre-op testing do you require? Is it your experience that
insurance covers these?
*Is all my follow-up care included in the price of the surgery?
*What kind of complications can occur and what is done about them?
*******************************************************
I'm sure I'll think of more but that's good for a start!
