Has anyone been approved w/Cigna HMO in Illinois?

Hi Lori! I was approved by Cigna Aug 2001 but was denied twicw and was heading for a review when they finally approved me. I handled my own appeals and what I think helped was my last letter I wrote them begging them not to make me go on yet another failed diet attempt and I sent colored photo copies of pictures of me from age 2 to present and sent it so they had to sign for them so I knew they received them. I wish you much luck. Don't give up!

Try to go through Suburban Surgical in Elk Grove. They deal with Weight 4 life and they except and get approval for almost any ins. I know, I have military ins. and I was approved. Any questions, email me at [email protected]. Stephanie Teal
