Question:
Does anyone know of a support group around Frisco, Plano, McKinney Texas?

I had my surgery on Jan. 21, 2003. My doctor does not have a support group. I would love to go to one. Can anyone help me? Thank You!    — Judy D. (posted on February 22, 2003)

Hi, The Bariatric Treatment Center has a monthly support group. I'm not sure if they limit the group to their own patients. The center is in Wylie.

There is one at Medical City in Dallas, and we have one at The Medical Center in Lancaster.

Actually, BTC does limit their support groups to their own patients. Can't remember when I saw that, but I'm 99% sure that is the case.
