Question:
Has anyone used Advocare products post op?

I have used Advocare products in the past. I am interested in hearing from post-ops who are using Advocare products...which ones?.....has anyone had approval or disapproval from surgeon over using Advocare products post op???    — Pam B. (posted on February 6, 2003)

hi there...I use the multi vitiam and the meal replacement ....mmmmm strawberry I love the taste.I also use the spark,some days that is the only thing that keeps me going....I know it has some caffeine in it but I dont think that little will hurt us...do you?I always drink more than enough water to make up for it have a good day

My surgeon told me that caffiene was an appetite stimulant it maks you more hungry, so he said avoid it! i figure with head hunger i do not need any help wanting to eat! that is the reason i was told to not have caffiene.

I sell the stuff and cant even stand the taste anymore...lol. I used the heck out of it before WLS and loved the taste of the shakes and meal bars but now i cant stand the smell of the vits or the taste of the bars and shakes. I was so hoping I would but nope and they are such good products to. Good luck to you. Tresea **down 100lbs**
