Has anyone got the 18 month supervised weight loss clause over turned???

The nutritionist I saw said that Weight Watchers was considered a doctor supervised diet. I would think that any of the weight loss programs that are affiliated with a doctor would also be considered "doctor supervised". Good luck. D.M.
