Are you protein deficient? If you are, adding protein shakes to your diet
is a great idea, assuming you can find one you like. If you're not protein
deficient, though, and you've just got saggy skin on top of good muscle
tone, a protein shake will not make a bit of difference with the saggy
skin. If the manufacturer won't guarantee that your saggy skin will go
away so long as you use their product -- and I don't think they're saying
*that* -- then don't be surprised if you don't see a difference in your
skin when you use it. Otherwise, those of us protein-shake-drinking,
gym-going WLS types who are contemplating plastic surgery would just drink
our troubles away with the right protein shake. (Sign me up! :D)

Real Meals - or any other protein shake - will not help with hanging skin.
It will help with retaining/building muscle and with appetite control and
general nutrition and well-being. If you are bypassed, I would recommend
protein shakes. Real Meals is just like the others but it has a
multivitamin stuck in it and has a little more of a chocolate milk flavor
than some of the others I have tried. If you take your vitamins anyway, it
probably doesn't matter if you do Real Meals or ProScore 100 or Universal
Whey or whatever. And again, none of it will really help with hanging
skin. For your general health though, protein is a good idea.
